Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services
- Manage a high volume of calls and explain program details to families
- Follow up on documentation, insurance, and consents while meeting performance goals
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Experience in a customer service or intake role
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Compassionate and motivated to help families navigate the intake process
