Job Summary
Seeking a highly technically proficient Intake Manager / Trainer, this full-time remote position will train and develop intake advocates, coach performance, and support daily intake operations, requiring evening and weekend availability.
Key responsibilities
- Own the training and onboarding of new-hire groups, guiding them through intake procedures and case qualification requirements
- Provide ongoing coaching through call shadowing and feedback, while tracking training progress and performance metrics
- Act as an approver in the intake escalation chain and support advocates live during assigned shifts by answering questions and reinforcing procedures
Required qualifications
- Legal mass tort intake experience is required
- Strong working knowledge of mass tort case qualification and firm-specific criteria
- Proven coaching skills with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback
- Strong technical proficiency and multitasking skills across multiple software platforms
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
