Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Intake Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and facilitate the intake process for tele-therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inside sales of tele-therapy services via phone, text, and email
• Coordinate appointments and register patients for therapy sessions
• Provide post-sales support to ensure a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of inside sales or related experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Empathy-driven relationship building skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Technologically savvy and capable of using multiple software programs simultaneously
