Job Summary
Supporting a major Financial Services account, the full-time remote Integrated Account Services Analyst will assist with special initiatives, manage project coordination, and prepare client-facing deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting special initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual activities related to COE functions
- Assisting program managers and leadership teams with project coordination and operational support
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables while managing multiple assignments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; business, communications, or related disciplines preferred
- 0-3 years of related professional or internship experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, facilities management, or corporate services organizations
- Interest in facilities management, real estate, or integrated corporate services
