Integrated Master Scheduler Analyst

Job Summary

Working fully remote in a full-time capacity, the junior Integrated Master Scheduler Analyst will translate Federal Client screening program objectives into actionable project plans and timelines while maintaining Microsoft Project schedules and collaborating with program staff.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Microsoft Project schedules, including task hierarchies, dependencies, and milestones
• Meet with program and technical staff to confirm task sequences and document completion dates
• Collect status updates and identify potential critical-path impacts, flagging concerns for evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of project coordination, scheduling, or related analytical experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for creating and updating schedules
• Ability to explain schedule logic and organize inputs from multiple task owners
• U.S. Citizenship and Public Trust Clearance required
