Integrated Production Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the Integrated Creative Production teams, the full-time VP, Group Director, Integrated Production will manage large-scale production projects, lead a diverse team of producers and designers, and ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining budget and timelines, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Functions as a lead Producer on high-visibility production projects and manages the Integrated Production and Post-Production teams
• Attracts, develops, and deploys production talent while ensuring the department meets its billability goals and business needs
• Advises project brand teams and clients on best practices, processes, and pricing while building strong relationships

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Integrated Production within an advertising agency environment
• Extensive understanding of video and print production, motion graphics, and video editing processes
• Proven experience in managing and developing team members, with strong leadership skills
• Experience in auditing and redesigning Integrated Production processes and workflows
• Client-facing experience with a strong business acumen and change management skills
