Job Summary

Overseeing the Integrated Creative Production teams, the full-time VP, Group Director, Integrated Production will manage large-scale production projects, lead a diverse team of producers and designers, and ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining budgetary and timeline constraints, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Functions as a lead Producer on high-visibility production projects
• Directly manages Integrated Production and Post-Production teams, including freelance and external vendors
• Develops and implements strategies for team growth and operational efficiency in production processes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Integrated Production within an advertising agency environment
• Extensive knowledge of video, print production, motion graphics, and video editing processes
• Proven experience in managing and developing creative teams
• Strong client-facing experience with a focus on business development
• Demonstrated ability to implement high-quality standards in production services
