Job Summary
Serving as the technical and project management lead for assigned Professional Services projects, the full-time remote Integration Architect will manage business software implementation, integration strategy architecture, and provide subject matter expertise across various teams while embedding AI into workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned Professional Services projects, overseeing technical and project management aspects
- Act as a technical resource for support, sales, marketing, training, and product management teams
- Participate in product QA testing and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in an IT or Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience of 5-10+ years
