Job Summary
Managing the delivery of software and business process consulting, the full-time remote Integration Consultant will provide technical consulting to Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), coordinate integration certification processes, and support client relationships while working with account management teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting to ISVs and manage their integration certification process
- Liaise with Account Management teams to update client progress and facilitate sales opportunities
- Coordinate with Data & Fortellis Sales Engineers for technical integration assessments of third-party applications
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with software requirements, troubleshooting, and testing software
- At least 5 years of experience supporting CDK applications such as CRM, F&I, Accounting, Parts, and Service
- Proficiency in English query language and DMS operating systems
- Preferred experience in the automotive industry and dealership management
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects
