Integration Engineer
Job Summary
To support data exchange and interoperability initiatives, the fully remote Integration Engineer will provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations, troubleshoot live data feeds, and collaborate with various teams to ensure reliable data exchange.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for troubleshooting healthcare integrations and investigating recurring issues
- Work with HL7 standards and healthcare messaging to ensure reliable data exchange between systems
- Gather technical requirements and assist with building, configuring, testing, and monitoring integrations across the healthcare environment
Required qualifications
- Experience with healthcare integrations, interoperability, and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with HL7 CCDA/CCD, SQL, and/or Python is preferred
- Strong analytical abilities and understanding of data flows and production support
- Experience with Mirth Connect or similar healthcare interface engines is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for coding assistance and troubleshooting is advantageous
