Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting data exchange and interoperability initiatives, the fully remote Integration Engineer will provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations, troubleshoot live data feeds, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations, troubleshooting live data feeds and participating in technical support calls
- Work hands-on with HL7 standards to troubleshoot interfaces and ensure reliable data exchange between systems
- Gather technical requirements and assist with building, configuring, testing, deploying, and monitoring integrations across the healthcare environment
Required qualifications
- Experience with healthcare integrations, interoperability, or interface support, with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Familiarity with HL7 CCDA/CCD, SQL, and/or Python is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data flows and production support
- Experience with Mirth Connect or another healthcare interface engine is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for coding assistance and troubleshooting is advantageous
