Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the technical onboarding of lending partners, the contract Integration Engineer will work remotely to gather requirements, configure integrations, and support production launches for banks and credit unions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the technical onboarding process from requirements gathering to production launch and initial support
- Configure and support integrations using Workato, REST APIs, and core banking connector frameworks
- Collaborate with lender technology and operations teams to resolve technical issues and maintain launch readiness
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in integration engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations, including JSON, data mapping, and API testing
- Experience with systems integration, middleware, or API-based implementations
- Proven ability to gather technical requirements and translate business workflows into integration needs
- Experience working directly with external customers or partners to resolve technical issues
