Integration Manager
Job Summary
To support merchant onboarding and technical configurations, the full-time Integration Manager will manage payment routing setups, access management, and incident investigation in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical onboarding and payment routing configuration for merchants
- Manage API key issuance and system environment configurations
- Conduct incident investigations and troubleshoot integration issues using various tools
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in L2/L3 Tech Support or as a Senior Support Agent/Support Manager in FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing
- Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring tools for transaction error tracing
- Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures
- Proficiency in using Postman for request validation
- Fluent English (B2/C1) with additional Ukrainian/Russian language skills preferred
