Integration Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support Health Information Exchange activities, the full-time Integration Solutions Engineer will manage day-to-day operations, enhance interoperability with external healthcare organizations, and oversee the implementation of new functionalities, working primarily in Wilmington, DE, Jacksonville, FL, or Orlando, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analysis, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for Health Information Exchange initiatives using Epic's Care Everywhere platform
• Establish and maintain connections with external health systems and ensure effective communication among project teams
• Administer integration tools, including performance tuning, system monitoring, and problem investigation

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience demonstrating technical and professional capabilities
• Epic Care Everywhere certification is preferred
• Experience in Health Information Exchange or Clinical Data Exchange is required
• Familiarity with query-based records exchange and Direct messaging standards
