Job Summary
To support the integration of Epic School Plus with third-party platforms, the remote Integration Specialist will implement, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations while collaborating with school technology administrators and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and launch Clever and ClassLink integrations for new and renewing school customers
- Serve as the technical point of contact for district IT admins during the onboarding process
- Monitor integration health and proactively resolve sync and login issues
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a technical support, implementation, or integration role, preferably in K-12 edtech
- Hands-on experience with Clever and/or ClassLink administration
- Solid understanding of K-12 rostering data and student information systems (SIS)
- Working knowledge of SSO concepts and identity providers like Google Workspace
- Comfort with CSVs, spreadsheets, and API responses for diagnosing data issues
