To ensure the Altbook feature runs smoothly, the full-time remote Integration Support Manager will monitor booking success rates, identify supplier issues, and collaborate with vendors to resolve technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client integrations and help resolve technical issues
- Communicate with vendors to investigate and resolve integration-related issues
- Create and manage technical tasks for developers
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with logs and troubleshooting technical issues
- Understanding of API principles and how APIs work
- Experience using Postman
- Ability to read and write technical documentation
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently with English-speaking vendors
