Job Summary
Leading multiple digital integration projects, the full-time remote Integration Technology Business Analyst III will deliver technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, analyze customer business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead complex digital integration projects, ensuring project scope and timelines are maintained
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document operational processes, and evaluate the impact of business operations
- Consult with internal and external partners to develop integration solutions and provide training and support for project teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of business analysis, software, or customer implementation experience
- 3+ years managing complex projects across cross-functional teams
- Experience with standard data exchange formats such as XML and EDI
- Proficient in API requirements, implementation, and testing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma/GED
