Integration & Transformation Lead

Job Summary

Translating people strategy and diligence findings into actionable workforce plans, the full-time remote Integration & Transformation Lead will coordinate cross-functional work streams throughout the M&A process, identify workforce risks, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance integration capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from diligence through post-close stabilization and transition to steady-state operations
• Identify workforce risks and align stakeholders on critical decisions to support global transition requirements
• Develop repeatable playbooks utilizing workforce insights and automation to strengthen M&A capabilities and accelerate value realization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, M&A, transformation, or consulting within complex organizations
• Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions, HR due diligence, and post-acquisition integration
• Proven ability to assess workforce implications and translate complex findings into practical business recommendations
• Strong understanding of integration planning, operational readiness, and workforce transition activities throughout the transaction lifecycle
