Integrations Consultant
Job Summary
Focusing on customer success, the full-time Integrations Consultant will conduct remote software onboarding and training for Omatic products, ensuring timely and effective configuration to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct remote software onboarding and training engagements on all Omatic Software products
- Accurately assess customer requirements and configure systems while providing testing support
- Develop and deliver customized documentation and engage in professional development to stay updated on industry knowledge
Required qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, including NPSP import and data migration processes; Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge, Raiser's Edge NXT, Altru; Raiser's Edge Certification is a plus
- Project management experience, including scheduling and task management across multiple customers and projects
- Self-motivated learner with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts
