Integrations Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the integration process from start to finish, the full-time Forward-Deployed Integrations Engineer will work remotely or in a hybrid setting to design, build, and troubleshoot integrations between healthcare organizations and EHR systems, ensuring reliable patient data flow and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer integrations by translating operational workflows into technical requirements and overseeing implementation, testing, and stabilization
- Design and troubleshoot various integration methods, including REST APIs, webhooks, and browser automation for systems without usable APIs
- Ensure data integrity and security while working with protected health information, applying best practices for access and compliance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software or integration engineering, particularly in healthcare interoperability
- Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with C# and Elixir, along with SQL skills for data validation
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication systems, and FHIR integrations
- Experience in robotic process automation using Playwright or similar tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a customer-facing role
