Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Integrations Engineer will design and deliver integrations and AI-powered solutions for nonprofit clients, ensuring repeatability and scalability while managing the full lifecycle from discovery to productization.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed with nonprofit customers to analyze their data ecosystems and operational workflows, leading technical discovery and solution design
- Design and implement integration pipelines and AI applications, developing shared infrastructure components for all solutions
- Document solutions rigorously to identify patterns and frameworks for productization, collaborating with leadership to shape the AI Services catalog
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role with integration design and delivery
- Production experience in building API integrations, ETL pipelines, and webhook-driven automation
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full solution lifecycle from discovery to deployment and documentation
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows and cloud services environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and fundraising workflows
