Integrations Lead
Job Summary
Owning the integration lifecycle for inbound partnerships, the full-time Integrations Lead will manage technical relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the integration ecosystem remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee inbound integration requests from qualification through launch and maintenance
- Serve as the technical liaison between integration partners and internal teams, translating needs into actionable requirements
- Coordinate integration reviews and manage larger integration relationships to optimize partner experiences and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, product management, technical program management, or similar roles involving integration and platform partnerships
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, data flows, and integration processes
- Strong product and business judgment to assess customer needs and strategic opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and teams
- Operational discipline with a focus on process improvement and automation in high-volume workstreams
