Job Summary
Leading customer integration projects, the full-time remote Integrations Manager will manage timelines, troubleshoot technical issues, and translate technical details for stakeholders while working with school IT and LMS teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering through launch, engaging stakeholders to define the approach and track progress
- Gather requirements from customer IT and LMS teams to create clear project plans with defined deliverables
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers and manage project and case records to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle
- Experience working with APIs and project management
- Customer-facing technical experience, including troubleshooting
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
- Organized and detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining project records
