Integrations Manager
Job Summary
Leading the integrations function in a full-time remote capacity, the Integrations Manager will manage technical delivery of client integrations, oversee a team of Integration Project Managers/Specialists, and ensure compliance and data integrity across onboarding and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of Integration Project Managers/Specialists, setting goals and conducting performance reviews
- Own the integration strategy and roadmap, defining KPIs and refining documented integration processes
- Oversee integration delivery across various technical platforms, serving as an escalation point for complex integrations
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in integration project management or SaaS delivery, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, FTP/SFTP integrations, and Azure Logic Apps
- Experience building repeatable implementation processes and documentation frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for validating integration outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
