Integrations Technical Specialist
Job Summary
To support partner integration efforts, the remote Integrations Technical Specialist will manage technical triage for integration requests, analyze operational data, and assist partners through onboarding and ongoing operations in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical triage for partner integration requests, investigating API errors and configuration issues
- Analyze support volume and operational data using SQL and dashboards to identify trends and recurring issues
- Support partners through onboarding and live troubleshooting, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in API integrations or a similar technical operations role
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting APIs, data flows, and integration behavior
- Proficiency in SQL or comparable query experience for data analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, and ticketing systems
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude is a plus
