Integrity Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the integrity of community operations, the full-time Integrity Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day integrity operations, investigate policy violations, and analyze data to improve workflows in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day integrity operations, investigating and enforcing client integrity policies
• Improve operations through root cause analyses and provide insights on policy violations and emerging abuse trends
• Triage escalations and manage project timelines while supporting new product launches

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of project management and operations support experience
• Proficiency in data tools and advanced Excel skills
• Experience configuring operational workflows and conducting QA testing
• Prior experience with content or community moderation is a plus
