Job Summary
Managing multiple integrity programs, the full-time Integrity Product Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance user safety and trust, drive playbook adoption, and scale integrity solutions across Meta.
Key responsibilities
- Manage integrity programs using agile best practices, coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing status updates to stakeholders
- Evaluate product problem spaces through a comprehensive lens, ensuring universal and de-duplicated integrity solution development
- Build and drive the adoption of playbooks and processes to facilitate the scaling of integrity products across Meta
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management supporting product development
- Experience in user safety, trust and safety, or product scalability
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product execution
- Ability to evaluate data trends to support decision-making
- Proven experience in driving alignment among diverse stakeholders
