Intellectual Property Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Services team, the full-time Consultant, IP Services will manage front-office client relationships for patent and trademark maintenance, ensuring accurate portfolio records and driving continuous process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class support for patent and trademark clients while managing relationships with new and existing clients
• Proactively communicate with internal and external clients to maintain accurate portfolio records and monitor docketing
• Engage in continuous process improvements and provide internal and external software training related to the Services division

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience
• 3+ years of intellectual property experience
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Paralegal skills and knowledge of Intellectual Property
• Experience with MS Office technology (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
