Intelligence Products Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of product professionals, the full-time remote Intelligence Products Manager will oversee the development and management of applied intelligence products, guiding them from discovery through deployment and monitoring while ensuring alignment with business needs and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop two Team Leads and four Analysts, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for product initiatives
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, deployment, and performance monitoring, while integrating products into business processes
• Establish product controls for evaluation, documentation, and responsible use, while coordinating with senior business leaders on product performance and priorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years of experience in applied AI/ML, data science, software, analytics, or technical product development, with at least five years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled products into production and making strategic funding and prioritization decisions
• Strong technical background in AI product development, including model selection, evaluation, and integration
• Ability to define product requirements and acceptance criteria, and deliver usable products through cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in building decision-support products that integrate various data sources and software capabilities
