Job Summary
Supporting the execution of interconnection processes for a portfolio of projects, the full-time remote Interconnection Project Manager will manage negotiations, coordinate analyses, and build relationships with utilities and industry representatives to optimize project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the interconnection process and negotiations for assigned projects, including agreements and studies
- Support the development of tactical plans for new and existing markets while tracking relevant process developments
- Provide input on utility system loading and interconnection costs to support project development and delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in power generation interconnections, with solar experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of generation interconnection tariffs and agreements in key markets
- Relevant experience in the US renewable energy market or project development
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
