Interim Accounting Director

Job Summary

To support a leadership transition, the fully remote Interim Accounting Director will manage corporate accounting functions, oversee the financial audit process, and leverage extensive SaaS industry experience for a duration of 3 months with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage corporate accounting functions through year-end and support the financial audit
• Communicate effectively with leadership and provide strategic accounting insights
• Oversee compliance with external audit requirements and ensure accurate financial reporting

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in managing external audits and experience with Quickbooks Online
• Ability to adapt to a start-up or growth stage environment
• Strong communication skills with a proven track record of effective leadership interaction
