Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim CEO to provide administrative oversight for hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short and long-range administrative and financial plans in alignment with hospital goals
• Oversee department heads and manage contracts, performance appraisals, and employee grievances
• Act as a liaison among the governing board, medical staff, and departments to facilitate operations and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent relevant experience is required
• Master's degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hospital administration and healthcare field
• Strong managerial skills
