Interim Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Contracts Manager with extensive experience in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including CDAs, consulting agreements, and SOWs
• Act as the primary contact for all commercial agreements for the research and sales teams
• File all agreements in the company's contract management system, Agiloft

Required Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials, including a four-year degree from a well-respected university
• Seven or more years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for life sciences clients
• Experience working with a contracts management system, comparable to Agiloft
