Interim Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support a high-performing finance team, the Interim Financial Analyst will work remotely for a 3-month contract, focusing on financial modeling, data analytics, and M&A support while preparing month-end performance reports and collaborating with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end business performance reports and deliver variance analytics on financial performance
- Maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to analyze key financial metrics and provide actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of financial analysis experience in a data-driven or tech-enabled environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and forecasting techniques
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems such as BST, Deltek, SAP, or Oracle
- Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and exposure to M&A or ROI analysis is valuable
