Job Summary

To support a leading medical device and healthcare technology company, the full-time Interim Head of Legal Operations will manage legal department priorities, oversee budgeting and financial planning, and provide executive-level guidance in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the interim leader for Legal Operations, ensuring continuity and strategic oversight during the transition period
• Drive and manage key legal department priorities, initiatives, and operational objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts for the legal function

Required Qualifications

• Extensive Legal Operations experience, preferably at a Head of Legal Operations, Director, or similarly senior leadership level
• Proven track record of managing legal department budgets, financial planning, and strategic initiatives
• Ability to work independently while providing executive-level guidance and operational leadership
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Available to start immediately and support the organization through the transition period
