Interim Individual Giving Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Interim Individual Giving Manager for a 5-month contract, the role will manage major individual giving portfolios, support donor outreach, and conduct prospect research, all while working remotely within the continental US, Hawaii, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide portfolio management and strategy for major individual giving, including tracking donor outreach and next steps
• Prepare briefings and materials for C-suite executives for major donor meetings and manage end-of-year outreach efforts
• Research and identify potential major-gift prospects using prospecting tools and public information, contributing to the expansion of the donor pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in philanthropy and major gifts fundraising
• Proven ability to manage fundraising operations and donor pipeline development strategies
• Exceptional writing skills for crafting donor communications and proposals
• Experience preparing and supporting executives for high-level donor engagements
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions and leadership
