Interim IT Leader
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership in a remote capacity, the Interim IT Leader will oversee enterprise-wide technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while managing technology risk and aligning investments with business objectives on a contract basis for 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's enterprise IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with overall business objectives
- Serve as the senior technology advisor to executive leadership, translating business needs into technology strategies and investments
- Lead enterprise-wide technology transformation and modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably within a growing, complex, or regulated organization
- 8+ years of IT leadership experience, including experience leading teams and strategic transformation
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing an enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory requirements
