Intermediate Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a world-class academic healthcare system, the full-time Intermediate Business Systems Analyst will analyze business and user needs, define systems scope and objectives, and document requirements while working remotely with occasional onsite training or meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs to formulate and define systems scope and objectives
• Document requirements and revise existing system logic as necessary
• Mentor less experienced Business System Analysts and evaluate the business implications of technology

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant certification in healthcare, business management, or information systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with information system software solutions
• Working knowledge of multiple software applications, systems analysis/design, and web applications/design
• Beginning skills in documenting and analyzing business processes
• General understanding of underlying technologies such as hardware, networking, and wireless systems
