Intermediate ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary
Seeking an Intermediate ServiceNow Developer, this full-time remote position will manage the development, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions for the FAA FRAMES platform, collaborating with senior developers and stakeholders while ensuring platform stability and knowledge transfer.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions to meet FAA FRAMES business requirements
- Independently troubleshoot application defects and implement solutions for workflow and data issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage user-story activities, ensuring compliance with development standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, web development, or business process automation
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform concepts, including workflows, notifications, and reports
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Flow Designer, as well as troubleshooting application defects and integrations
