Job Summary
Supporting the Air Force DCGS PMO, the full-time Intermediate Systems Engineer will provide systems engineering support for Imagery and Geospatial Intelligence baselines, ensuring multi-platform integration and compliance with applicable standards, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Apply advanced IT skills in analysis, design, development, integration, and acquisition of systems
- Ensure compliance of systems and applications with specified standards and provide on-site support for minor requirements
- Manage Requests for Change (RFCs) and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with configuration management and cybersecurity
Required qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in complex systems or a Master's degree with relevant experience
- 7+ years of general IT experience with at least 4 years in specialized areas such as communications and electronic engineering
- Experience with the development and support of the AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS)
- TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI required
