Job Summary
Working onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, the full-time Analyst/Sr. Analyst Intermodal - Auto Storage will analyze intermodal and automotive business activities, manage customer disputes primarily through Salesforce, and make process improvement recommendations to optimize facility capacity and traffic flow management.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze intermodal/automotive business activities, including storage and ancillary charges
- Manage and resolve customer disputes related to intermodal and automotive operations
- Lead cross-functional efforts with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Equipment to support departmental initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of one year experience in a business-related field, accounting, engineering, or transportation preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and the mainframe transportation system (TSS) is helpful
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work assignments effectively
