Internal Communications Lead

Job Summary

To support Global Strategic Marketing, the contract Internal Communications Lead will work remotely to develop and execute communications strategies that connect leadership priorities and transformation initiatives, ensuring clear messaging and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in GSM leadership discussions to identify and recommend communication needs and strategies
• Operationalize internal communications by maintaining a consistent narrative and integrated communications calendar
• Develop executive communications and support town halls to enhance employee engagement and understanding of initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant internal, corporate, or transformation communications experience
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on executive communications
• Experience in developing communications plans and supporting organizational change initiatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Data-informed mindset with experience using communications metrics to improve effectiveness
