Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Building a robust internal communications function, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will partner with the Head of Global Communications to design and execute strategic programs that align and inform employees while managing day-to-day operations and leadership enablement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage the Monthly All-Hands, including production, Q&A, and follow-up communications
• Rebuild the company intranet hub as the central source for employee resources and information
• Audit and manage company-wide Slack channels to maintain high-quality communication and engagement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional communications experience
• Proven track record of building or scaling internal communications programs from scratch
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of drafting in an executive's voice
• Strong program and project management instincts for handling multiple recurring programs
• Active use of AI tools such as Anthropic Claude
