Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Focused on optimizing communication within the GTM department, the full-time Internal Communications Manager will manage event planning, create communication templates, and develop metrics for continuous improvement in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and coordination of GTM events, ensuring seamless logistics and communications
• Create templates and playbooks to effectively cascade information and support change management within the GTM organization
• Diagnose communication challenges and implement solutions through cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in communications or enablement
• Extensive experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to operational excellence
• Experience in ghostwriting and collaborating with leadership
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Docebo, and Outreach
