Internal Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To support organizational priorities, the full-time Internal Communications Specialist will develop and execute targeted communication strategies and collateral, collaborating with leadership and team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify communication priorities with entity leaders and create written and multimedia materials to promote key institutional news
• Manage tasks and small projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of communication strategies
• Assist in event production and employee engagement activities while analyzing metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Design, Journalism, or related fields
• 1+ year of experience in an internal or communications role within a corporate setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion
• Experience with MS Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Preferred experience with analytics tracking programs, including Google Analytics
