Job Summary
To support a technology team, the full-time Internal Communications Specialist will develop and distribute engaging content, manage communication channels, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and distribute organizational updates, internal newsletters, blogs, and posts for the technology team
- Translate complex technology initiatives and business strategies into clear, digestible content for internal audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior team members and the Associate Experience team to execute communication campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or equivalent military experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on internal or corporate communications experience
- Experience with multi-channel internal campaigns, including employee newsletters and blogs
- Strong portfolio of internal content creation
