Job Summary
To support effective communication within the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design, the part-time Internal Communications Specialist will manage the production and distribution of faculty and staff newsletters, collaborate with stakeholders on content, and provide additional internal communications support in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the production and distribution of regular newsletters for faculty and staff using Adobe Campaign
- Gather, organize, write, edit, and distribute internal communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand standards
- Coordinate with contributors to obtain accurate information and maintain production schedules for newsletters and other communications
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing newsletters or digital communications from content collection through production and distribution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaborative productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience coordinating communications projects, schedules, and deadlines
- Knowledge of email marketing or digital communications platforms
