Internal IT Support Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Level 2/3 Internal IT Support Engineer for a remote full-time position, responsible for advanced endpoint setup, remote troubleshooting, and platform optimization during user migrations and company transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure machines using Entra Domain Join and manage Intune policies for device compliance and security
- Provide Tier 2-3 remote support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple operating systems
- Monitor endpoint health using RMM tools and document system configurations and migration procedures
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Level 2-3 IT support roles, particularly in MSP or enterprise environments
- Strong proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) Domain Join and Microsoft Intune for device management
- Experience with profile migration tools and RMM platforms (Datto, N-Able, ConnectWise)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Scripting and automation experience, including PowerShell and Python
