Job Summary

Building a dedicated internal recruiting capability, the full-time Internal Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, streamline talent sourcing, and enhance the candidate experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment workflows across active open requisitions and direct candidate pipelines
• Utilize ATS operations and job postings within BambooHR to track applicants and streamline hiring
• Establish weekly recruiting metrics and status reporting to company leadership

Required qualifications

• Must be located in the US
• Proven experience in full-cycle internal recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and interviewing practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company brand effectively
