Internal Review Specialist
Job Summary
To support compliance and regulatory standards, the fully remote Internal Review Specialist will conduct reviews of student files, participate in audits, and ensure adherence to institutional policies while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct reviews of student files in accordance with accrediting agency regulations and observe quarterly deadlines
- Participate in planning, execution, and reporting of audits and special projects to align with business objectives
- Review recorded student interactions to maintain accreditation standards and identify call trends for service improvement
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Experience in proprietary higher education preferred
- Remote work experience preferred
- Experience in a post-secondary education environment preferred
